DESCRIPTION
The BMH Partner Marketing Manager will be part of a constantly growing Global Partner & Alliances team (currently 20 and expanding) which is part of the Global Marketing team. He/She will be detail oriented and able to think proactively and constructively becoming a multi-subject matter expert with a strong knowledge of our strategic partners. They will be expected to build relationships with both internal and external teams to help develop high-quality content to drive marketing and business development initiatives.
Experienced content writing skills, targeted field marketing and event planning are key requirements for this role, as is the ability to think creatively and drive go-to-market messaging. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work as senior member of the Alliance and Partner Marketing team to manage marketing relations and collaborative communication streams internally and with strategic partners
- Align with dedicated Alliance Managers and Practice technical leaders to support required partner marketing criteria across multiple technologies
- Develop strategic marketing plans (good marketing mix: events, sponsorships, content creation, website strategy, internal comms, prospect marketing, SEO, PR)
- Deliver campaigns/marketing objectives through full life cycle: ideas/content creation, project management, delivery and results tracking
- Deliver solid brand communication that represents our marketing position with key partners and to the external market
- Successfully deliver targeted marketing initiatives that drive partner-related pipeline which result in new business revenue
- Align closely with Corporate Marketing team to ensure projects are on-brand and with required depth and quality
- Collaborate internally with Practice heads, SME’s (Subject Matter Experts), dedicated Business Development leads and Alliance Managers on GTM strategy content, case study creation, PR opportunities, etc. related to digital partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate Degree minimum
- At least 5+ years’ experience working in a professional Marketing role
- Marketing Strategy experience
- Knowledge of product marketing
- Confident presentation skills and leadership attitude
- Must have worked in a technology focused company, either licensed software vendor, consultancy, or systems integrator. Ideal candidate will have digital platform experience
- Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
- Budget management experience
- Project management experience
- Field marketing/email campaign/lead generation experience
- Highly self-motivated with hardworking attitude
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment and obsessed with meeting deadlines
- Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
- Proactive team-player attitude a must
